Time to get ready for the holiday so I picked up some Stamper Anonymous Tim Holtz Halloween Stamp/Stencil sets. My normal clean and simple style would have to be put on pause so I used Niccolo Favro as inspiration - he created a Penny Wise that blew my mind! This was for a CAS Mix Up Card Challenge August 2022 - Emboss Resist.  I may not submit this one but I do love it - especially the quote from the poem. The turn of the phrase is in itself imagery, all I can do is dilute it.  

 This was for a CAS Mix Up Card Challenge August 2022 - Emboss Resist The small panel was die cut with Sizzix deckle frame and stamped an Inkadinkado Feather with VersaMark, heat embossed with clear embossing powder and then inked with Distressed Oxide Prize Ribbon and Seedless Preserve. The card panel was also die cut with the deckle die and the edge inked with the same ink as the small panel. The sentiment is from Altenew Dictionary Definitions stamped with VersaFine Clair - Paradise and heat embossed clear.

  My father recently moved into an assisted living home - I received some of his fly tying feathers  - since I don't have the talent to utilized them for their intended purpose... I did what I could...

Sometimes simple is all that is needed. Sizzix die cut leaves stamped and ink shaded - Altenew sentiment.

Alcohol ink is magic - letting the colors move to where and how they want to be... This flower was cut with a Sizzix die from the backside of photo paper colored with alcohol markers. Before drying I dripped plain alcohol and then use the air brush to move the ink. The frame is Pink Fresh Folk Edge. The sentiment is Sizzix Dictionary Definitions.
